Elaboration:
Put the raisins to soak in warm water.
Chop the rabbit, washed and dried.
Heat the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Great Selection Sandúa in a clay pot and brown the rabbit piece simmered.
Sprinkle with flour and orange blossom. Add the white wine and simmer until reduced.
Then add the broth, bay leaf, rosemary and thyme and drained raisins.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
