How to make Halloween cookies
Follow these steps detailed by the pastry chef Amagoia to make it very easy to prepare the cookies:
In a large bowl, add the egg, sugar and oil, you can choose between Sandúa mild olive oil or Sandúa sunflower oil. Your choice will depend on whether you like the flavor of the oil more or less. The sunflower oil is the least flavorful.
Beat well with an electric whisk until you have a whitish, frothy mixture.
Add the milk and continue mixing.
Finally, add the flour and the baking powder.
Mix with a silicone spatula or a wooden spoon.
Spread the resulting dough between two baking papers with the help of a rolling pin.
Without removing the papers, we transfer the dough to a tray and let it refrigerate in the fridge for about 1 hour. This will make it easier to cook the dough.
Once the dough is cold, remove the baking paper that covers it and cut with the help of the chosen molds.
Remove the excess and transfer the cookies to a baking tray.
