Now that the early harvest is complete at the Capricho Navarro organic olive farm, located in the scenic surroundings of Laguna de Lor in the municipality of Ablitas (Navarra), you can enjoy extra virgin olive oil at its peak in terms of flavour, body and aroma.

Premium quality olive oil
Sandúa oils are a 100% natural, locally produced, zero-kilometre product, designed for discerning consumers who value respect for the environment, traceability and excellence in the food they consume.
The early harvesting of the olives, carried out between October and November —in a season that usually ends in early February— allows, according to experts, ‘the best juices of the harvest’ to be obtained. At this stage, the olives retain their chlorophyll, which translates into oils with greater aromatic intensity, balanced flavour and all their healthy properties intact.

Capricho by Sandúa Empeltre Monovarietal
Made with Empeltre olives, a traditional Aragonese variety also found in southern Navarre. It comes from large olive trees that produce oval olives, harvested at an advanced stage of ripeness.
The result is a smooth and sweet extra virgin olive oil with a light and fluid texture, yellow colour and very slight bitterness, with a medium-low pungency. Its medium fruity aromas stand out, with notes of tomato and fig tree.
Ideal for those looking for a discreet oil that does not overshadow flavours, perfect for pastries, bread and cakes.
Capricho by Sandúa Arbequina Organic
This organic extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from organically grown Arbequina olives. It has fresh aromas of olive leaves, tomato and almond.
It is smooth and balanced on the palate, with good density and a silky texture. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste and a hint of spiciness that quickly disappears.
It is certified organic by the EU Organic certification body, controlled and verified by the Council for Organic Agricultural Production of Navarre (CPAEN).
Capricho Navarro – D.O. Navarra
Extra virgin olive oil covered by the Navarra Designation of Origin, made from a blend of Arróniz and Arbequina olives. The Arróniz variety is native to Navarra and areas of Álava.
It is a powerful oil with character, with vegetal aromas of almond and artichoke. It has a more controlled bitterness and a more intense pungency, perfectly balanced.
Sandúa Premium Selected Harvest
This premium EVOO is a blend of Hojiblanca, Picual and Arbequina olives, selected at their optimum point of ripeness. It offers an intense green olive fruitiness, with notes of freshly cut grass, green banana and almond.
Thanks to the characteristics of the Hojiblanca and Picual varieties, this oil withstands high temperatures very well, making it ideal for both raw use and cooking.
