As part of our strategic plan, ACEITES SANDÚA has an ongoing improvement plan that covers food safety, quality management and environmental protection as the cornerstones of our company.

This translates itself into the continued advancement of its integrated quality management of food safety, environmental management and commitment towards seeking the utmost satisfaction of its customers, both in terms of the products and the service provided. As a result of this dedication, the company has obtained the following certifications: ISO 9001, IFS and BRC.

In line with this policy, the company launched its first R&D and innovation initiative in 2003. It involved developing a research project in collaboration with the Public University of Navarre (UPNA), which concluded with the creation of a special oil for deep frying which is widely-used in the restaurant business.

On a day-to-day basis, the company conducts its R&D and innovation efforts by developing new products adapted to the needs and requirements of our customers, which means that our company has a wide range of special oils available for professional chefs.

Aceites Sandúa’s new facilities are particularly notable due to the great effort and impetus that the company has invested in them, by including its own laboratory, where research is conducted and where maximum product quality is guaranteed.

About us

Aceites Sandúa has been producing, bottling, selling and distributing vegetable oils since 1975 in Ablitas, in the South of Navarre, a traditional olive-growing area.
With facilities of over 5,000 m2 and a great extension of excellent quality native olive groves, the company retains its traditional family profile.

Extra virgin olive oil

Pure olive juice extracted in the first cold pressing to achieve the special characteristics of its body, flavour, aroma and colour. Single-variety Arbequina and Empeltre oils, and Multi-variety hojiblanca, picual, etc. oils.

Olive oil and olive pomace oil

Olive oil and olive pomace oil

Olive oil from the mixture of extra virgin olive oil and refined oil. Two varieties: Intense Flavour and Mild Flavour.

Sandua Sunflower and seed oil

Sunflower and seed oil

Sunflower oil: Natural and pleasant in appearance. Does not affect the flavour of food.
Refined seed oil: Consisting only of a selection of vegetable oils. Does not affect the flavour of food.

Special oil for frying

Recommended for cooking professionals, they do not contain palm oil or its derivatives. They are highly resistant to high temperatures and do not produce foam, fumes or bad odours.
